Corporate policies in Finance etc. just made it more difficult to do business than it should have. Excellent experience. Within two hours we agreed on a price. Our wonderful sales associate Gerardo then drove us to a restaurant close by (since my mother is diabetic) so Within two hours we agreed on a price. We then went into finance within 20 minutes. Probably the friendliest and most skilled finance specialist we’ve worked with before, she was not pushy about warranties and really asked great questions regarding expected vehicle usage etc. All in all one of the best experiences to date at a car dealership. The only issues I’ve encountered was the buyer tag (for my plates) showed gray as the major color, when the vehicle is firecracker red, bed-liner needed to be sprayed, and my trade-in hasn’t been paid off yet. Autonation’s finance team corrected the tag, the bed-liner was sprayed on a few days ago, leaving only the payoff still being an issue, as Acura called me and emailed to remind me they want the monthly amount, I explained I traded in the vehicle but they said they don’t see the payoff yet.
