Louis is a great agent, excellent communication, they give me a truck while they check mine which make a great difference than last visit. The truck was checked for 2 weeks and didn’t found the issue so not happy with my vehicle since we don’t know when wipers can start up anytime and all screen pad needs a software update that I need to wait til the end of the year to fix it… so no, we are not happy with Jeep, never happened before with any other vehicle. Very friendly and professional staff. I took my 2022 jeep for auto start/stop not working. They fix my car while another dealer took more then a month and couldn't do.
