Left My brand new vehicle for them to repair console door. They kept it for 6 days just to tell me I need to slam it really hard. Worst service ever. Very hard to get anyone on the phone. He explained they can fix issue, if it is not active...arrived at 7:55am and Left at 8:01 am. The service SERV4X came on again. Arrived at service 2 day later on Friday and was told the diagnose will be perform on Monday. I ask for service manager and 20mins later. A person arrived and when concerns. I asked are you service manager? The person avoided the question? I asked for a business card...no business card. The person explained put me in loaner car and call me with result. They was have the issue with 6 hours. The person explained that a wood rat chewed thru a wire and it is not covered and I'm responsible for service for 2021 Ram 1500 less than 3000 miles. The person explained will be $495 out of pocket - 1 paid 1 truck note. Got the loaner car on Friday and left the dealership with insurance card. I was pulled over by the police Friday evening. 15 mins later, they let me off with warning notice. Saturday at service center for loan car paper. Tuesday the person called me and explained the truck is ready. Paid for Service for rendered. I spoke Sale Manger regarding my service and retrieved damaged part. 1 wire was severed/chewed and 3 other wire was not touched. I spoke with Mr. Cecilo Flores and he explained " It is just bad luck". I told several time how the location is a high volume dealership by sale person, service person and Mr. Flores. I explained this 2021 Ram 1500 is one many, passed thur the door at Katy Ram Dealership. I spoke with load Holder (chase) and they explained they can cancel the contract or the dealership put into another truck. Mr. Flores explained that was false and I can trade truck in. 1 truck payment down and 47 more to go. I expected more Wesley Hall More

They began to tell me services will be met but don’t know when( meaning they have no idea what’s going on with my truck) I told them I no longer want to do business with them because of the lack of respect and communication. They both stated that I will not be getting out of my contract with them and that I will have to wait for a refund. I told them it doesn’t make sense to present documentation to your customers that you’re not going to honor, Keith Jeanes stood up out of the chair and begin yelling at me “ like I said before i can not refund you your money or end your contact. He walked out as I was still talking to him. I was so afraid and shocked of the treatment I have received from this two men and company. Yuri in the sales department is the worst as they never return your calls or bother doing a trade in value on my 2016 patriot (which was in their service department for over two weeks). I was purposely sold a defective vehicle. I wanted to fully experience my new vehicle before writing my review. I also wanted to give the dealership an opportunity to correct its mistakes. I recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from AutoNation CDJR at Katy. The entire process was completed online and via phone. The purchasing process was unnecessary long (6 days) due to terrible communication from Manuel E. & Heather R. The vehicle was delivered to me in Dallas, TX. When I received the vehicle the complementary Jeep tool kit was missing and the battery was defective. When considering the Jeep in Katy, I noticed the check engine light was on in the stock picture. My sales representative ensured me that it was just a low battery from the truck sitting idle for so long and it would be replaced before the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. When I received the vehicle the Auto Stop/Start was malfunctioning as well as the radio. The truck began to stop and go on its own accord. I rushed to the nearest dealership. The service tech informed me that there were dead cells in the battery and it needed to be replaced. I told him the battery was replaced before it was delivered. He stated that the battery was never checked or replaced because the original battery Jeep was still in the truck. I was purposely sold a defective vehicle. My sales representative Geraldine was a saving grace during this entire experience. She kept in constant communication with me during and after the transaction. She stepped in when someone else would dropped the ball to make sure the situation went as smooth as possible. She honestly deserves a promotion because the current managers are not costumer driven. Victor V. contacted me a few days after the battery incident to only offer empty apologizes and seemed to be unconcerned with the situation. Geraldine was the only reason I completed my purchase at AutoNation Katy. If not for her, I would have taken the car deal here in Dallas. She has been amazing but this has not been an enjoyable experience. I would not recommend AutoNation CDJR at Katy to anyone unless you receive a better set of managers to handle your finances and Geraldine as your sales representative. More

I brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee because engine had a ticking sound. I was told diagnostic fee was $169.00. I told the service advisor I need my car and questioned the difference in price of diagnostic fee. Later that day I called back and spoke to Service Director. I explained to him my plight and ask for help in costs. He told me that since I haven’t been in since May 2018 that he wouldn’t be able to. I got rude with him and he said he didn’t have to take it and hung up. I waited a few hours and called back. I was told that I refused repairs and i could come pick up vehicle. I didn’t refuse repairs and was now very angry. I have Facebook messaged the GM Cecilio Flores and called with no response. Poor customer service and communication. More

I took my truck yet to have an issue with the infotainment system diagnosed. The issue had been persisting for quite some time and I read about it on some forums. Based on those forums oh, I didn't take it into the dealership to have the issue looked at because I didn't feel like anybody can fix it, again based on the forums and those users experiences with their service centers in their area. But the service center here found a hardware issue, and fixed the infotainment system that I thought was not able to be fixed. I am beyond happy with this service center and both their diagnostic and repair capability, and their outstanding communication during these trying times. They made my whole day once my truck was fixed. Tyler was in constant communication with me and they got the job done way quicker than I thought they would. It literally could not have asked for more and they have earned my business in the future. More
