AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Katy

After receiving a recall on my car in Feb 2021 I was told that the dealer could only order one item a month so I would be out on a waiting list. Several month went by and I called back and again still on a w that the dealer could only order one item a month so I would be out on a waiting list. Several month went by and I called back and again still on a waiting list. Three more months go by and again still waiting. In September I call and the girl that was helping me asked me if I wanted to be on a waiting list…WHAT, I am suppose to be on a list already. I drive up there because I was a bit upset and as soon as I ask to speak with a manager I’m helped by a service guy, he calls the back and low and behold I’m next on the list…really? To wait 6 months to get a recall fixed is crazy. Also several times of calling the dealership nobody answers the phones or call you back when you do finally get in touch with someone. If there was another Jeep dealership for service I would never go back to the Katy location. More

I own a 2020 ram. The ram care is a joke! I have never felt so ripped off ever. To the point where I’m beginning to shop for a different brand vehicle. Ram care once already cancelled my service out of n felt so ripped off ever. To the point where I’m beginning to shop for a different brand vehicle. Ram care once already cancelled my service out of no where. I still had months of coverage. So no oil change no tire rotation that time until I was re instated weeks later. Now I’m trying to get my truck in to get service and I’m allowed a loaner which now this dealer can’t provide me with but will most definitely sell you the coverage. I asked when available-answer is don’t know it could be 4 months we have no cars. When I clearly look out and the dealer was 3/4 full and the used side was 3/4 full of cars. Pathetic. Then I watched them break my lug nuts after hammering on them which a sludge hammer and have the courage to tell me it was broke when I drove in and that I would have to pay. What in the heck is wrong with this service!? More

We have used this location for several years and many times not satisfied with the way we were treated by the service advisors. This time Cory restored our faith in good people not out to gouge us out of times not satisfied with the way we were treated by the service advisors. This time Cory restored our faith in good people not out to gouge us out of money. He went above and beyond and even found a few issues that needed to be fixed under our warranty. He kept in touch daily over the week our car was at the shop. Please hire more advisors like Cory! He’s knowledgeable and friendly and will go above and beyond to keep happy customers! More
