This dealership didn’t know how to perform recall service that was scheduled through their own Autonation dealership-specific online system, and didn’t inform me until I specifically asked about it at pickup that was scheduled through their own Autonation dealership-specific online system, and didn’t inform me until I specifically asked about it at pickup. Upon arrival at drop off, Alondra told me that my that actual service rep, Omar, hadn’t arrived at work yet. She also told me that they might not even have the right oil to perform my scheduled oil change that day (thankfully they did after she checked). Oil filters were changed and it appeared to me little to no effort was made to wipe a single drop of diesel off the front axle, which at dealership prices is usually done for the customer in my prior experience. This was not a great day for these guys, to be honest, but it happens. Not trying to be a pain, but they asked how my service was and provided links to review, and this is my honest experience. Vinh the service manager is thankfully now trying to follow up on this FCA Cummins heat intake relay recall for me to find out when parts or procedures might be available from Mopar. An extra star on the review for that! Bottom line, this is my second truck at this dealership and service department and I really wish I had bought my latest Ram anywhere but Autonation! The old Allen Samuels personal touch is sadly long gone. More

After purchasing my vehicle and taking it home, I noticed that the front door locks were not working. I called my sales person and left a message at noon on the next day (Tuesday). At 3pm I had not heard b that the front door locks were not working. I called my sales person and left a message at noon on the next day (Tuesday). At 3pm I had not heard back so I called the used car sales manager and left a message. At 4pm I had not heard back so I left another message for the manager. It is now Saturday and neither one of the two have returned my call after leaving 3 messages. I am extremely disappointed with them ghosting me after taking my money. Based on this experience I will never shop at an AutoNation dealership again and will be sure to tell anyone that will listen what my experience has been like. More
