Simple oil change that was pre scheduled took 3 hours. At this dealership, you have to specifically ask them to clean the car. After asking 2 times and them having the car for 3 hours, the car was still not this dealership, you have to specifically ask them to clean the car. After asking 2 times and them having the car for 3 hours, the car was still not cleaned. Waiting room is completely filled with people waiting for their cars and the service center is full of employees on the phone or talking to each other. Customer service is not a priority at all. More

Don't bother making a service appointment. Scheduled a service appointment one week in advance and when I showed up I was told the appointment was only for a discussion with the service advisor and that I service appointment one week in advance and when I showed up I was told the appointment was only for a discussion with the service advisor and that I would have to leave my vehicle for them to diagnose sometime in the next 72 hours. I was having very minor issue with my mirror not functioning as it should. Who can give up their car for two days to diagnose a problem with the mirror? More
