Our recent vehicle purchase experience with this dealership was profoundly disappointing and unprofessional. The process was riddled with issues that demonstrated a serious lack of attention to detail and customer care, particularly concerning for what should have been a special occasion. The initial sales interaction was marred by high-pressure tactics. The salesperson was hesitant to return the keys to my trade-in vehicle, a deeply unprofessional and concerning practice that I have never encountered in over five prior vehicle purchases. This immediately created a sense of distrust. After agreeing to a price and signing paperwork, the delivery process was equally underwhelming. The vehicle was not presented in a proper delivery area but was instead retrieved from a guest parking spot, diminishing the significance of the moment and reflecting a casual, inattentive approach to customer service. The most egregious issue occurred a week later when a finance representative called to inform me that the loan had been rejected and demanded the immediate return of the vehicle. This communication was not only untimely but also hostile. The representative laughed and threatened vehicle repossession, creating an extremely stressful and hostile situation. Upon returning to the dealership to resolve the financing issue, I raised these concerns with a sales manager/supervisor. The representative was entirely unreceptive, offered no solutions, and demonstrated a complete lack of interest in addressing our negative experience. Furthermore, the vehicle itself showed a clear lack of pre-delivery inspection, as the passenger door is noticeably uneven and requires excessive force to close properly. This dealership's conduct, from unprofessional sales practices and hostile post-sale communication to apathetic management and poor quality control, is a significant liability to its customers. I am sharing this review to provide a clear warning to others about the potential experience they may face. More

I had an issue with my fairly new truck that i assumed was clear coat peeling off.
