I had an issue on the professionalism of there service advisor Melissa. I tried reaching out to the General Manager Mr. Pyke by email and never received a response back. Once I returned to pick up I asked for his business and not one of the two people that I asked couldn't find one throughout the whole building, so his number was written down for me. I called and texted him from my cell phone and he did not answered, so I asked to use a phone at the front desk and it went straight to voice-mail- meaning he has his own job BLOCKED. I laughed and said no wonder Melissa makes up her own policies because Mr. Pyke isn't around taking control of the building. I would love to get paid his salary. More

Service Advisor Kevin communicated well via text and phone. He advised as to the issues with the car. The catalytic converter had a recall and I noticed it on documents when asked about it I was told phone. He advised as to the issues with the car.
