I came in because my car battery would not keep a charge and I was charged for a diagnostic of $115. The outcome was that the battery cables where not tight enough to connect to keep charge. I have been bringing my jeep to this dealership for oil changes and I have noticed on several occasions that the mechanic doesn’t check his work after he is done. For example, on one occasion they didn’t fasten the latch to the hood of my jeep. If I wasn’t paying attention, that would have been a disaster. I recently had an oil change and they said my battery was good (which was given to me in writing) and two days later my car wouldn’t start. So, the battery was NOT GOOD and when my hood was open, the mechanic didn’t fasten the cover and a tube wasn’t placed back. They also changed my brakes a few months ago and my brakes make a squealing noise. They looked at it when I brought my car in for the oil change…still makes the squealing noise. Such incompetence!! When I dropped off my truck, the man told me my truck would be ready within 2 to 3 hours but they would call me to let me know. I never heard from the dealership until I called at 6:30pm to ask if my tru would be ready within 2 to 3 hours but they would call me to let me know. The man on the phone stated he called me and asked if "I had the van" I stated "no, my vehicle is a truck", he then stated "that's right! You're the one with the red truck, I did call"..I once again stated "no, I have a gray truck"..He then stated he called but I never received a call and I am absolutely positive he was lying when he was mentioning the other vehicles, trying to cover up for not calling. I was too far way from the dealership and couldn't not get there on time by 7 when they would close. I had to leave my truck at the dealership overnight which caused me to miss out on work that night which I do not appreciate. That was very unprofessional on his part. More
Requested an oil change and tire rotation. Received an oil change and inspection. Tire lock was an issue. Since the tire rotation could not be done, this should have taken 45 minutes. Juan is the best advisor. He took care of getting our Jeep’s oil change right away. The best part is the it was a free due to small billing error from our last service visit.
