I had an later appointment at my home. I needed more done to my vehicle than I thought and some of it I did know just forgot. When I went to ask how long it would take about I knew I ask f I needed more done to my vehicle than I thought and some of it I did know just forgot. She ask where was it and if she could get me a ride there would that be ok. I said yes, so I got a ride home and when my vehicle was done she called me and she sent the guy to pick me up. Yuri who works in the service department was attempting to charge me for services I never requested e.g. wiper blades & services costing over 3k$. Along with my repairs I requested I also told Yuri on seve to charge me for services I never requested e.g. wiper blades & services costing over 3k$. Along with my repairs I requested I also told Yuri on several occasions to make sure they do the wheel alignment. . When I picked up my Jeep the alignment was not performed. My Jeep was there for almost three weeks. The computer at the service Dept showed I needed an alignment. I eventually asked to speak with the manager Jimmy Gonzales. I spoke with Mr Gonzales and once I spoke with him my car was repaired in two days. When I was dealing with Yuri my car sat at the dealership two weeks with absolutely nothing been done. When I picked up my truck I noticed I wasn’t charged for the wheel alignment because Yuri never put the order in. I applaud Mr Gonzales for all his help in getting my car repaired in a timely manner. I also requested that I only work with Mr Gonzales and no more interaction with Yuri. Now i have to take my car again to get the wheel alignment. This is truly frustrating after dealing with this for almost three weeks. More
