I arrived very early morning and it was extremely busy, and she never made me feel that I was not a priority. She had the ultimate patience with me answering all my questions and also providing available alternate payment options and service discounts. While my car was in her possession she communicated throughout and worked with me to arrange shuttle pickup and went above and beyond when I needed to change my pickup at the last minute. Service advisor Juan was pleasant, easy to work with which I appreciate. Although I was disappointed that whoever rotated the tires didn't even bother to properly inflate them.
