I went for a simple flat. I was there 3 hours, no loaner offered. I went home and realized they put my tire on backwards. I called them and they said I had to drive all the I was there 3 hours, no loaner offered. I went home and realized they put my tire on backwards. I called them and they said I had to drive all they way from Jersey Village to South Houston to have the tire put on correctly. Not to mention, my abs light and brake light came on after I left the shop. After they fix my tire, I will not go there again. More
