From the moment I spoke to Lesa at AutoNation I was sure my truck would be taken care of like I wanted. I got a $220 car wash after bringing in for a recall on passenger airbag. Had an airbag light on (obviously figured it was part of the recall issue) and was told it was my driver side airbag malfunction passenger airbag. Had an airbag light on (obviously figured it was part of the recall issue) and was told it was my driver side airbag malfunctioning. This was not part of the recall. The service manager stuck an iPad under the steering wheel for $189 to find this out. Was told the part was $1300 and labor $475. (30 minute job). Decided to take it somewhere else where they did a free check and found out it was my driver side seat sensor causing the problem. $16 part I can order on line and replace myself. Get a second prognosis somewhere else if it looks fishy. Or, don’t take your vehicle there at all. I sure won’t! Oh, and another $30 for shop costs. But, they did wash my Jeep. More

Very unprofessional, incompetent, unqualified, disrespectful, total garbage service and parts department including the managers. I went in for a minor repair and they kept my truck for 2 months an disrespectful, total garbage service and parts department including the managers. I went in for a minor repair and they kept my truck for 2 months and didn’t provided me with a loaner which I had to paid 4k for a rental in addition they destroyed my truck multiple interior and exterior damages of the amount of 8k which I had to pay out of pocket in order to get it repaired. Staff was notified and refused to take action to resolve the issues and when I escalated the concerns to the general manager I was told it was too late which I told him I had every evidence to prove it which he still try to get out of it by telling me other bs. I even experienced the parts manager wanting to put his hands on me which was all on video in addition the service manager is never there he is always on vacation ( must be nice ) at least that’s what the service advisor told me every time I ask to speak to him which was multiple times after all they did have my truck for 2 months. I was and still am in disbelief on how they can destroy someone’s brand new very expensive vehicle and treat customers like dog sh?? And blame everything that happened to me per parts department manager. Please don’t do business here and if so record everything from the time you drop off your vehicle to pick up and have an attorney on standby because you will need one. Also beware with stellantis which is the owner of multiple manufacturers including ram this people are also major trash keep records of everything including middle of the night drunk harassment calls from stellantis case supervisors, my was Brenda just In case you come across to her which I really hope she is long terminated by now. I hate to say that but we as consumers do not deserve to be treated like total trash and lie after lie. thanks and just remember to keep records and an attorney on standby. More
