I had called the previous day for an issue with the washer on my 2013 Ram. Kevin was able to get me in the following morning to replace the washer pump. When I arrived I was greeted by pleasant attitudes. I was given a hot cup of coffee and kept updated on the repairs. Kevin found ways to save me money on the cost of the repairs (at this time of year that is a huge blessing). I was walked out to my truck to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. I had the absolute worst experience one can have at this dealership. I have visited this location before and had similar issues. I tried to give the sales associate Yuri a second chance when obviously she d dealership. I have visited this location before and had similar issues. I tried to give the sales associate Yuri a second chance when obviously she didn't deserve one. She was rude, rushing, condescending, and unprofessional. She even continuously said my name wrong after I corrected her and then had the audacity to ask if it was spelled right. For every update about my vehicle I had to call first, there was no efficient coordination, communication, or itemization of the prices to fix my vehicle on the totals. Even the technicians here were rude and barely gave me time to get my things out of my vehicle before leaving it. Yuri's partner was helpful and professional about everything to the best of her abilities and I truly appreciate that. I specifically got the bare minimum fixed so that I could go to another dealership that values my time, and is transparent with their charges and intentions. I would rather pay 5 times what they charged than ever go here again. Maybe other sales associates are more helpful, but the last two visits ruined my entire AutoNation experience for me and I will ensure to tell everyone not to go there; and if they absolutely must, to ask for ANYONE but Yuri More
