They worked me into the schedule quicker than other local Jeep dealers, but they weren’t able to secure a loaner/rental as promised. When I picked up the car, one of the issues hadn’t been addressed. I was a Jeep dealers, but they weren’t able to secure a loaner/rental as promised. When I picked up the car, one of the issues hadn’t been addressed. I was able to quickly show the advisor, and she said she would re-open the ticket and schedule me to come back when they had a loaner available. The next week, I called to follow up. I was told I’d hear back within 24 hours. That was one week ago, and I’ve yet to hear anything. Overall, their level of service and follow-through leaves something to be desired. More
