I came in because my car battery would not keep a charge and I was charged for a diagnostic of $115. The outcome was that the battery cables where not tight enough to connect to keep charge. I went ahead and paid the diagnostic fee because I did not feel like getting my point across about the charges and this is always an issue. I have been bringing my jeep to this dealership for oil changes and I have noticed on several occasions that the mechanic doesn’t check his work after he is done. For example, on one occasion they didn’t changes and I have noticed on several occasions that the mechanic doesn’t check his work after he is done. For example, on one occasion they didn’t fasten the latch to the hood of my jeep. If I wasn’t paying attention, that would have been a disaster. I recently had an oil change and they said my battery was good (which was given to me in writing) and two days later my car wouldn’t start. So, the battery was NOT GOOD and when my hood was open, the mechanic didn’t fasten the cover and a tube wasn’t placed back. They also changed my brakes a few months ago and my brakes make a squealing noise. They looked at it when I brought my car in for the oil change…still makes the squealing noise. Such incompetence!!
