After setting up time to drop off loaner and pick up car it still took 45mn. No call back, I had to follow up with my vehicle 2 times. I never got a call from them. At first I was a bit irritated with the dealership because each time I called and asked about my protection plan no one could locate me in the system… and I was told that I didn’t have one even though because each time I called and asked about my protection plan no one could locate me in the system… and I was told that I didn’t have one even though Ibwas paying an additional $200 on top of my car note.but when I took my truck in for service the young man who helped had no problem finding my info, getting me in and explaining in great details what to expect. He kept me updated the entire time my truck was there (5 days) for him and his service and the folks who fixed my truck I give all them 10 stars More
