I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment at 9am on Saturday. This service took 3 hours. I don't know why it took that long, but it was much to long. When I asked I was told it was taking longer because they where hand washing and drying my truck. When it final was ready water was still dripping on the doors and some water on the hood. So if it was hand dried they did a trouble job. More

My last visit was the only time in the last couple of years that I waited for only an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. This visit was the only time I also rejected the failed alignment that seem years that I waited for only an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. My issue may not be with dealership it might be that I do not like the Jeep vehicle because I prefer Toyota. More
