I went for a simple flat. I was there 3 hours, no loaner offered. I went home and realized they put my tire on backwards. I called them and they said I had to drive all they way from Jersey Village to South Houston to have the tire put on correctly. Not to mention, my abs light and brake light came on after I left the shop. After they fix my tire, I will not go there again. More

I only went in for a routine oil change and to replace my wiper blades which might seem important to others but I was also able to get other maintenance items done at a reasonable price. The work was done in a timely manner and the complimentary wash was a bonus, I really appreciated that. But all in all I will return to this location for my scheduled maintenance. More
