Worst service experience I have ever had This was by far the worst service experience I have ever had. They are completely incompetent. I literally had to pull up my owners manual to show them that a particular service could be performed by an authorized dealer after they told me they couldn't do it. Then they were extremely rude to me for calling them out on their lie. They had no idea how to perform that service and I left with no help. Waste of time and money, and they give me attitude when I am frustrated?! More
Forgotten in the waiting area I had a 10:00 am appointment with the Service Department to have a Recall part replaced. I arrived at 9:50 am and was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. I remained in the showroom/break area and used the restroom once(<10 min). Around 12:00 pm I wandered what might be the delay but I didn't want to be the "impatient customer". I thought perhaps the mechanics were backed up or it was just taking longer than they expected to complete the job. Still, it would have been thoughtful if they would have checked in with me and let me know of the delay. So I wait... At 1:00 pm, I get a drink from the soda machine in the customer bay and notice my vehicle sitting there. I step inside the service area and after a moment, someone asks me if I have been helped. I state that I brought my vehicle in over three hours ago and the service consultant that took my keys earlier, spun around from her desk and said, "Oh, I went to notify you ealier (probably when I was in the bathroom) and then I must have forgotten about you!" When I signed the printout, I noticed it was time marked at 10:42 am! So, she looked for me once and let me sit out there more than 2 hours. So much for being the patient customer. I don't want to drop her name but I hope that she will be more diligent than 'one check and forget' in the future. More
The new express lane for oil changes is great. It is a significant improvement to the way this dealer used to do oil servicing. The facility is clean and the service was quick. When the problem I had was presented to Alice, the Service Manager, she responded with a warm and friendly attitude and proceeded to arrange the proper inspections necessary to resolve my problem. She arranged for the repair to be made and provided a loaner car for me to drive while my car was in service. Her willingness to work out the details of the warranty cost was done cheerfully and professionally. I feel she is a great asset to the company and I am glad the dealership has someone there who appreciates a customer and gives the proper customer service to make that person want to come back. She treated me as a friend and I felt very comfortable with her in charge of my car. Reggie was friendly and kept me informed on the progress of the car. I had expressed an interest in some floor mats that were on display across from his desk. When he saw there was only one left in the style I liked, he put it aside for me and I was able to purchase it when I picked up my car. While he was setting up the loaner car he was cheerful, even ran to put some gas in it for me. He quickly cleaned off some soil that had gotten on the upholstery in the area of the repair on my car. His customer service was excellent and I look forward to returning to him when service work needs to be done. More

Another Jeep dealership had worked on the problem twice before Hilton Head Chrysler Jeep Dodge resolved it. Zack Black and the technician that worked on the transmission are truly dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I have loved that Jeep from the day we bought it and now I can love it a lot longer!! Now we know who we can depend on for great service! More
