Wish i could give negative Stars!! If I could give 0 starts I would!!! The clerk (Corraine) was nasty and rude! To top it off an oil change in my Dodge Ram was $162 Sept 2018, but $30 If I could give 0 starts I would!!! The clerk (Corraine) was nasty and rude! To top it off an oil change in my Dodge Ram was $162 Sept 2018, but $306 in May 2019????? An oil filter went from $36 to $90... Tire rotation from $15 to $89... Ridiculous!!! Vehicle was picked up after hours, so next day I went in to have this explained to me and was told they could give me a $25 off my next service. Really? For a $306 oil change that took over 6 hours??? I won't be screwed again! Total rip off!!! Butler Dodge in Beaufort is worth the inconvenience of the drive!! More

“Sir your brakes are squeaking”. That is why I brought it in Avoid this business! We spent 5 1/2 hours to be told that are brakes are squeaking when that was the reason I took for service in the first place. Br Avoid this business!
