Excellent Kim Dennison was outstanding. She made sure everything was taken care of, right down to my hotel, rental and emotional support. She made sure I did no Kim Dennison was outstanding. I was traveling with my two granddaughters when my water pump sprung a leak. She made sure the tow truck operator New she was waiting for me so I would not be stranded at the dealership with the girls. She stayed way after her day was over to be sure my grandgirls and I were safe in a hotel, had a nice place to have dinner, and arranged a rental car for us the next day. I had to take the grandgirls home to Florida by the following Monday for the first day of school. She called and checked on us, in Florida, and kept me informed about my Cherokee. I have been driving for 50 years, and have broke down on the side of the road before. Her smiling face and kindness was something I could never thank her enough for. Thanks again and again Kim Dennison! I live in North Carolina, and wish I lived in Hilton Head just to have contact with Kim, and buy my new Cherokee from Peacock! More

Will diagnosing the problem the Tech notice the lifter tapping. They pulled the engine down and found a bad cam shaft also. Once the repairs were certified they the consulted me about additional repairs that would only involve the purchase of parts as part of the warranty and will extend the life of my engine. Wish i could give negative Stars!! If I could give 0 starts I would!!! The clerk (Corraine) was nasty and rude! To top it off an oil change in my Dodge Ram was $162 Sept 2018, but $30 If I could give 0 starts I would!!! The clerk (Corraine) was nasty and rude! To top it off an oil change in my Dodge Ram was $162 Sept 2018, but $306 in May 2019????? An oil filter went from $36 to $90... Tire rotation from $15 to $89... Ridiculous!!! Vehicle was picked up after hours, so next day I went in to have this explained to me and was told they could give me a $25 off my next service. Really? For a $306 oil change that took over 6 hours??? I won't be screwed again! Total rip off!!! Butler Dodge in Beaufort is worth the inconvenience of the drive!! More
