A couple of days ago, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from an out-of-state dealership. The very next day the engine check-light came on, so I took it to the Peacock Auto Mall in Hardeeville to get a diagnostic test. As it turned out, there were several issues including a failing torque converter. Kim took the time and effort to call the other dealership (where I had just purchased the car) to see if they would accept responsibility for the repair costs. Of course the other dealership reneged on paying for most of the cost, but they agreed to cover a portion. Kim Dennison did her best to help me – that meant the world to me! Kim’s professionalism and warm demeanor turned an unfortunate situation into a pleasant experience. This review site only allows 5 stars, but Kim is definitely a 10-star Service Consultant! Dropped off car to get inspected and quoted on a specific issue that is causing car to over heat by evaporating the.coolant t in the bucket. This is unacceptable and my first bad experience dealing with this car dealer. I expect some type of resolution soon.. also, other car dealers provide veterans discount for parts and labor, here I only received c10% discount for parts only. More

Excellent Kim Dennison was outstanding. She made sure everything was taken care of, right down to my hotel, rental and emotional support. She made sure I did no Kim Dennison was outstanding. I was traveling with my two granddaughters when my water pump sprung a leak. She made sure the tow truck operator New she was waiting for me so I would not be stranded at the dealership with the girls. She stayed way after her day was over to be sure my grandgirls and I were safe in a hotel, had a nice place to have dinner, and arranged a rental car for us the next day. I had to take the grandgirls home to Florida by the following Monday for the first day of school. She called and checked on us, in Florida, and kept me informed about my Cherokee. I have been driving for 50 years, and have broke down on the side of the road before. Her smiling face and kindness was something I could never thank her enough for. Will diagnosing the problem the Tech notice the lifter tapping. They pulled the engine down and found a bad cam shaft also. Once the repairs were certified they the consulted me about additional repairs that would only involve the purchase of parts as part of the warranty and will extend the life of my engine.
