Had issues with the service department but went to management and they straightened everything out for me very quickly. If you’re looking for an honest statement or opinion, I’ll give it to you. I feel like every time I take my Pacifica in there it comes back worse than what it was before I took it in but it’s the closest dealership and I feel like things have gotten better since I brought management into my issues. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I get my car back and there’s fingerprints all over my dash and windows and doors from where the technicians don’t wear gloves or haven’t wash their hands and don’t take the time to clean the fingerprints off. My interior is that charcoal and cream. Those prints stand out pretty bad. I drive for a living and I put a lot of miles on my van and I’m very particular how I maintain it. This dealership just hasn’t made me feel comfortable yet. I’m hoping they will. They’re off to a good start. More

I have two Jeep vehicles and have both serviced regularly at Auto Nation HHI. I find the staff in the service department always very courteous and helpful and fair. They are always willing and able to help with any problem I have and are very accommodating as to appointments and time of service.
