My service rep could not have been nicer. I was kept completely informed as to the progress of my service throughout the day. My car was ready quickly even though I was not going to pick it u I was kept completely informed as to the progress of my service throughout the day. I feel like whenever you have a service plan they always find something you need that’s not included in the plan, but not here! Oh AND they washed my car! More
