Exceeded my expectations. Had significant maintenance issue with my Pacifica on the way out of town with a loaded van. Within an hour, Shane had a rental van (Pacifica) arri Had significant maintenance issue with my Pacifica on the way out of town with a loaded van. Within an hour, Shane had a rental van (Pacifica) arrive at dealership and several dealership personnel helped us load the rental vehicle from our personal van. While on our trip, Shane called us with up dates and upon our return several days later our car was ready to go. He also arranged for rental car to be picked up at dealership. In all my experience with dealerships----including BMW-----this was the best I have been treated!!!! Would rate these folks and Shane a 6 out of 5. More

My service Tech : I went to have my window switch on the driver side checked out. Within 45 mins. Christopher came back with the work order. He had to order a new switch board and that it should be there w driver side checked out. Within 45 mins. Christopher came back with the work order. He had to order a new switch board and that it should be there within 5 days. Christopher was right on. It came in within 5 days. Appointment was scheduled and I’ll soon be back in the driver seat controlling my windows . Great service. My car Service Tech is better then yours 🤣😂🤣 Bonus, enjoy the coffee!! Check the cafe out.
