Hilton Head Chrysler Jeep Dodge Fiat - Service Center

I have always had good service on my 2012 Dodge Caliber from AutoNation in Hardeeville, SC. This time the ball was dropped when I needed a return ride to pick up my car after dropping it off for service. I from AutoNation in Hardeeville, SC. I was informed that my car was ready for me and I reminded the service advisor that I needed a ride back to AutoNation to pick up my car. I was told that someone would be right out to pick me up. 90 minutes later, no one had showed up to take me back to the dealer. I drove my rental car to the dealership with my wife. I learned that the person that was suppose to pick me up had been sent out to run errands. If the service advisor had told me that the driver of my return ride was unavailable I would have gotten in my rental and come to pick up my car immediately and gotten home to my dinner much sooner. That's the only complaint I have. The car drives much better now that all the repairs were made. More

Horrible customer service. Dealt with assistant manager regarding warning light. They had the code when we made the appointment and we thought it was recorded. Apparently the information was not recorded and they didn't reference notes on the account of previous warranty work. Anyway they had the vehicle for 2 days and couldn't determine what the issue was. During the 2 days we had to continuously follow up. We left several messages for Dustin with no response. Even when he said that he would call us back he didn't. Then when we picked up the vehicle (after nothing had been done) Dustin didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in the door. He left for a few minutes with our keys and said here's your keys and nothing more. So don't waste your time taking your vehicle to Auto Nation Hilton Head, they don't seem to know what they are doing and provide no customer service. More

I couldn't have been any happier with my service. I got an oil change, headlight bulbs replaced, tires rotated and tire repaired and was at the dealership for less than 2 hrs. Cassandra was the absolute best, she was thorough and updated me through out the whole process. 10/10 would recommend, I live closer to another jeep dealer but purposely go further for better service.
