I have always had good service on my 2012 Dodge Caliber from AutoNation in Hardeeville, SC. This time the ball was dropped when I needed a return ride to pick up my car after dropping it off for service. I from AutoNation in Hardeeville, SC. I was informed that my car was ready for me and I reminded the service advisor that I needed a ride back to AutoNation to pick up my car. I was told that someone would be right out to pick me up. 90 minutes later, no one had showed up to take me back to the dealer. I drove my rental car to the dealership with my wife. I learned that the person that was suppose to pick me up had been sent out to run errands. If the service advisor had told me that the driver of my return ride was unavailable I would have gotten in my rental and come to pick up my car immediately and gotten home to my dinner much sooner. That's the only complaint I have. The car drives much better now that all the repairs were made. More
