Update Nov 10: it’s now over 3 months later. Still not being helped. He’s always “not available.” I thought this was looking hopeful when the GM was so responsive 3 months ago, but I’m still waiting and receiving no help. Issue with service communication, but GM was awesome at helping bring a resolution. Phone system uses a call center (which they reportedly are trying to change) and it's been difficult to get a word back on corrosion repair request. But finally reached Scott Meshalum, GM, and was super attentive. Got it resolved for me personally within 1 business hour. Finally booked for corrosion repairs. Thanks Scott! (Update…corrosion was more extensive than planned, and they sent it back in august telling me they needed to replace the doors….3 months later, NOTHING) More
