where to begin, number one I have a hard time understanding how when there is only one customer in the entire store a single deal can take up to six hours?!? it take's close to an hour and a half understanding how when there is only one customer in the entire store a single deal can take up to six hours?!? it take's close to an hour and a half just to get the first price or "pencil" as they call it. If you don't like the price that Andy gives then he seams to get mad and starts insulting the sales staff as well as the customer. I am willing to bet that most of the things that happen down there are totally illegal, but at the very lest City Auto Plaza is a completely unethical and money hungry bussiness. the sales staff for the most part is top notch, they are just working for the wrong place. my advice to anyone looking to buy a new or used car or truck should go else where. Looked at Diesel Pickup and was really impressed with the salesman's knowledge of the vehicle's features. Learned that the Diesel was priced out of our budget. I have been fortunate enough to have done business with City Auto Plaza Service center many times. Brandon and Cathy are and have been each time helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. They actually listen to you describe the issue you are having with your vehicle then determine the best course of action. They take that extra time when they report the problem found to you to discuss all options and any other issues that will need to be addressed in the future. I live 50 miles from this dealership and have the option to go to another city for service elsewhere but choose this service department above all others. You just don't find service like this anywhere else these days. More

Tonya was very knowledgeable of the Suzuki car I was interested in and could answer all the questions I asked. She was helpful and friendly, very easy to deal with. Tonya was a great salesperson. She went to bat for us after our deal with the Sales Manager went sour and we backed out. We assumed the deal was dead and proceeded with a second car model option at anot after our deal with the Sales Manager went sour and we backed out. Tanya busted her butt to get me the SX4 I wanted and went to bat (in many ways) for me because it was at a "sister" dealership 130 miles away. Not your usual hard sell salesperson.Very personalble. The only thing was I did not get the real accesory I wanted....the "big headed dog"....ask her about it <G> Even the "Finance" man Bud was great. Was not what I expected. My past experience is they are brutal. He got me a great rate and worked with me to do so. I very highly recommend this dealership...go there to get your car! Do it over the Internet because Tonya is the Internet sales person. She will take care of you as well as the other staff. AND she will make sure of that! More

I oorresponded with Tonya on a number of occasions and arranged a date and time to meet to see the vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I wanted to see had been sold, but I found two others on the lot which I was interested in. Tonya was very helpful with the purchase of the truck. The price negotiations were not stressful. When we reached a price which was fair, the dealership quickly arranged financing for me. I had wanted the dealership to install a new battery in the truck as part of the purchase agreement. Andy, from the dealership, called me the next day to see if I was available to bring the truck in that day to have the battery installed. The service department was very friendly and had my new battery installed in twenty minutes. I look forward to doing business with Tonya, Andy and City Auto Plaza again. Keep up the good work.
