Less than a month after p Bellevue Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge ACTS LIKE LEMON LOT I recently purchased 2000 VW Jetta with less than 50,000 miles on it. Less than a month after purchasing, check engine "Malfunction Indicator Lamp" came on and dealership gave me "sold as-is" spiel regardless of 60-Day Guarantee posted on website. Dealership shop says they cannot help because they do not have diagnostic equipment (even though car manual says that "generic scan tool" can be used) and manager says they won't pay to have it diagnosed. I am extremely angry that the dealership took the money and washed their hands of any basic obligation to help make this sale right. They might as well be a lemon lot. As far as I'm concerned, their reputation has tanked and I would not recommend anyone to this dealership. More
I enjoyed working with both Mike and Dennis. Mike was conscientious as a salesman that listens to the client. He followed through and listened to my needs as a client. I decided to check out Dodge a few minutes away. The Dodge dealership was cordial and made me feel like a client that had purchased before. I will recommend this dealership and the sales staff to my friends. More

We walked in with the typical "we dont want to be here but we have too" attitude, and it was rapidly becoming less painful with Hal's help. I was looking for a new family car and was leaning toward the new Chrysler Town & Country. I had done extensive on-line searching, doing comparisons with other cars and other dealers. In fact, I first went the new Chrysler Town & Country. I had done extensive on-line searching, doing comparisons with other cars and other dealers. In fact, I first went to the Toyota dealership but wasn't impressed (car or sales experience). Even though I live on Capitol Hill, my online research pointed to Chrysler of Bellevue as having the best inventory and selection. We ended up spending a long time at the dealership looking at other inventory and options (color, interior, extras), but ended up falling in love with the car we test drove. The kids loved the car. The sales team was amazing. They were helpful, patient, and attentive (without overdoing it). In fact, we decided to leave and have dinner (their great recommendation of a restaurant). Over dinner we decided to buy and returned to the dealership. They stayed late and worked out all the paperwork. I never felt pressured, but rather always felt supported. The entire process was very positive for me and my family. I look forward to servicing the car there as well. More
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and they accidently dented my vehicle but would not make good on it unless they were the ones who did the repairs. I went in to look at a 2003 Pontiac Vibe that was listed on the internet for $10,925. When I went in, I noticed there were many paint chips, there was a hole in the front of the car where it was hit and the on the internet for $10,925. This wasn't disclosed on the website. After driving the car and talking to the salesman, he came back with $4500 for my trade in and a final price on the car of $7,500. This was okay, but I wanted to stay at $6K. I mentioned this and he went back to the manager. I finally left, it had been 3 hours and we weren't anywhere. As I walked out the door, the manager said if you want $6K, we can do that. I told him I would be back (I needed to get my son). I went back the next day and after looking at the car again, decided to buy it. We went in and got the paperwork started again, where they noticed a "managerial error" and changed the final price to $11,500. They had put the price of the trade in as cash towards the new purchase not as paying off the loan. So, I was shocked. They didn't apologize, just said, we need $11,500 to make a deal! Don't go there! More
