Great experience at this dealership. I did not feel pressured at all. They had a low mileage, rare Jeep and still priced it at a really great price. My wife and I were actually looking to buy a Honda Pilot initially, but after getting the run-around from the Honda dealership in Renton we decided to check out the Jeep Wrangler. I know, two different segm initially, but after getting the run-around from the Honda dealership in Renton we decided to check out the Jeep Wrangler. I know, two different segments but what the heck. There is plenty of time for the suburban SUV later. The Jeep Wrangler is a much more fun vehicle and way cooler! So we began the Jeep shopping process. First stop was at Jeep in Renton, but the salesman there was clueless. There was zero chance we were going to do any business with that guy. So off to Bellevue Jeep. First thing we noticed was the parking was scarce. But being from Texas we have learned that that is just the way things are here, no parking. We eventually found a spot and came in where we were greeted by Hal Grant. I knew pretty quick that I would buy from him. Hal is an Air Force vet (I am Army), he is from the south so he has an easygoing style we are familiar and comfortable with. We found him to be knowledgeable about the Wrangler and in particular the Rubicon. He answered all of our questions, and those things he wasn't sure of he didn't bluff about, but instead went and found the answers for us. He took his time with us, returned our calls, emailed us back, and generally gave excellent customer service. I think this is really important when you are spending over 40K out the door! As for the rest of the dealership experience well... we survived. It is a typical domestic dealership. They are never as nice as the imports and certainly can't compare with luxury brand dealerships, so I would say keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed. No frills, simple bare-bones dealership. Even though Hal was great, the process is still like pulling teeth. The usual back and forth checking with the "manager". In this case it was Youcef. I'm sure he is talented, but just not with customers. This guy is not going to build any rapport with you, but goes for the hard sell and the usual tactics. But I guess that's his job. His sales tactics are just a bit too slick. Doing the paperwork with Darren was pleasant. Again, easygoing guy from the south. Enjoyed chatting with him about football even though he's a boomer sooner! He made the tedious paperwork process more relaxing for us, and made us feel like we were dealing with an old trusted buddy from back home. Vehicle delivery with Hal was adequate to good. As usual, Hal was very thorough even though I think his manager Youcef was leaning on him to hurry up with the walk-through of the new Jeep. Bottom line, It's a Chrysler/Jeep dealer not Mercedes so keep your expectations in check. But if you get a choice who to work with, insist on Hal Grant. If he is not available I would wait for him or schedule an appointment with him. You will be glad you did! More
I drove 45 miles to test drive a car that I was told "the price could be negotiated". . . During and after the test drive, they refused to come down $271.00 to meet the buget I had specifically stated " "the price could be negotiated". . . During and after the test drive, they refused to come down $271.00 to meet the buget I had specifically stated "I did not want to exceed". I had made it quite clear to the sales person that it would be a waste of our time if they would not drop the price. They lied about the vehicle history (CarFax) stating that the car was "Locally Owned", however when looking at the CarFax, it had in fact been owned/operated out-of-state in the midwest. I would NOT reccommend this dealership to anyone. More

Mike was terrific to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helped get me the best vehicle for my needs. I delayed my purchase a few weeks after our first meeting but Mike was very patient with me and aske and helped get me the best vehicle for my needs. I delayed my purchase a few weeks after our first meeting but Mike was very patient with me and asked me to let him know when I was ready to proceed. On the day that I was interested in purchasing he actually picked me up at my house and drove me to the dealership!! Mike is the consumate professional and made sure I knew everything there was to know about how to operate my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. There is a ton of technology in this vehicle but Mike made it seem simple and straightforward. I would recommend Mike to any of my friends or anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I have never had a worse experience with a dealership. EVER. My husband decided he was going to buy me a new car. Wow! And he knew I had always wanted a Jeep Wrangler, so told me to start looking. I d EVER. My husband decided he was going to buy me a new car. Wow! And he knew I had always wanted a Jeep Wrangler, so told me to start looking. I did, and discovered exactly what I wanted, a Wrangler Sport in Deep Cherry. There were not too many new ones in the area, but the Bellevue dealership had three in their inventory, all of which would have worked for me. I printed out the window stickers of the ones I was interested in and drove down on a Friday afternoon, around 2:30. Walked up to the Jeeps and looked around. For a good 15 minutes. No salespeople came out, and they definitely saw me up there checking them out. I found two of the ones I was interested in, but not the third. Interesting, but that trip at least I was just confirming the color I wanted. Still, I had some questions it would have been great to get answered about the differences between the 2011 & 2012, incentives, etc. I drove off without even being acknowledged. We went back that evening to look at the Jeeps together. Again we were initially ignored by multiple salespeople, but proceeded up to the Wranglers. A salesman met us up there, and unfortunately I do not remember his name, likely because I repressed every possible memory of the evening. He said he was new and slow, but would help us if we wanted. I told him I had three cars I was interested in looking at and we were trying to identify these. It was dark and my husband went in search of his flashlight. The salesman invited us inside so that we could look these up in the computer in the light. He started asking us what type of vehicle we wanted, I reiterated that I had the window stickers on the ones I was interested in. He didn't seem to acknowledge this, asking me characteristics of the car I wanted (and making me identify Wrangler, Sport, Cherry Red, etc.), all the while my husband is telling him we have the VIN numbers on the SPECIFIC CARS WE WERE THERE TO LOOK AT. He finds one, points to it on the computer, and says "Can we make a deal on this car?". I state firmly again that I am there to look at three specific cars and would like to do so. He says "So, you want to buy this car?". No discussion about Jeeps, Wranglers, no offering to take me out on test drives, nothing. I tell him I had not been able to find that car earlier that day and am wondering if it is even still there. He says he'll go get it. It becomes obvious after ten or fifteen minutes that no one can find the car, and honestly if someone had come over and said "You know, we don't know where this car is, would you like to drive another?" (recall, I had the window stickers for three of them! Not that he seemed to care about this.), I'd have been fine with that. Instead he drives up with another--the most expensive model--and says "here's that car". I know it's not the same one--different year--and tell him so and ask him if they don't have the first car. He says "They are the same car" (they weren't, a 3K and 2011/2012 difference). I reiterate that I'd like to look at two of these three cars first, and go off in search of my husband who is trying to find the missing vehicle. It's definitely not on the lot, there is still another Jeep up there that I was interested in, but I've decided I most definitely never want to see this salesman again. He corners us in the lot and starts telling us that none of these things matter, he'll make the deal at whatever dollar amount we want, what will it take to make the deal, these are the same car, they drive the same, I'll sell it to you at the right price. I honestly have never run away from a salesman--even at the sleaziest used car lot on Auroroa--in my life. When he turned away, we took off. My husband had the foresight to move our van so that it was facing out in the parking spot right at the entrance, thank god. It wasn't just the pushy sales tactics, it was that they were so poorly executed! We hadn't said five words to each other when he said "Can we make a deal tonight". We had TONS of questions about the vehicles that he didn't even think about addressing, he didn't even talk to us about the vehicles! This was a situation where we were fully expecting to buy one of the cars on their lot this weekend, had we gotten a decent salesman. They have three cars that are EXACTLY WHAT I WANT on their inventory. And I never plan on going back. Ew. More

We were in Bellevue for other reasons but decided to do some shopping for a used truck. We were very impressed with Mike. He listened to what we wanted/needed and gave us quite a few options including pr some shopping for a used truck. We were very impressed with Mike. He listened to what we wanted/needed and gave us quite a few options including pricing for a new truck, used trucks close by, and trucks available at lots further away (Spokane, Colorado, etc.). There was no high pressure at all. We tried out a truck that sounded right, got a price and left for our meeting. We had plenty of time to talk it over away from the dealership and talked with Mike a few times via cell phone before deciding to go back to the dealership and work out a deal. The paperwork took longer than we wanted to spend but was handled efficiently and with no stress by Janup. We hope it was a win/win experience......we love the truck!! Pat & T.J. More
