I've always been skeptical of car salesman but David was different. He was up-front and honest with me from the start and worked as hard as he could to get me the best deal possible. In the end, I got an awesome new 2013 Dodge Challenger at a price no other dealer could touch. The vehicle was brought in from another dealership for me and was ready for me to inspect IN THE MAIN SHOWROOM. Considering how crappy the weather was, this was great. He answered all my questions, showed me whatever I wanted to see, explained what ever needed explaining and even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was happy and that I didn't have any questions. It was an A+ buying experience and I would highly recommend David and this dealership to anyone who is considering purchasing a new vehicle. More

We met Ali on our first visit and he was very eager to help us out without being pushy. We did an initial test drive on the first visit but ultimately left without a car that day in order to explore other used options on the market. We spent the next week pursuing other options but ended up back at this dealership primarily because we felt they were helpful without pressuring us. Although they did not have a vehicle on the lot that I was particularly in love with I had spent time on the main Jeep website building my dream car and shared this information with Ali when we came in for our second visit. I honestly did not think we would be able to make the "dream car" work due to cost but was curious to see what are options were. Ali found the exact car I had built online, it was located just across the mountains at another dealership. Next step was figuring out if the dream car could somehow be a reality for us financially. We ended up trading in two vehicles for which we felt we were offered a very fair trade in value for, this combined with the dealerships efforts to work within our budget allowed us to make a deal on this brand new vehicle, what a pleasant surprise! The car was brought over from across the state and ready for us to pick up within 48hrs and I am loving my new car! Everyone we worked with at the dealership was a pleasure and I would confidently recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. More

I found the perfect car I had been searching for at an amazing price on auto trader online. The dealership had a special weekend sale on the car, but I was unable to travel to Bellevue at the time. I worked with Ennis Campbell who was extremely helpful and coordinated a workable time to purchase the car. Ennis and the dealership even extended the special sale price even though I purchased the car a week later. I was able to travel up to Bellevue in the afternoon, purchase the car, and drive back to Portland that night. Darren of the finance department was also wonderful and he was more than willing to help me understand all of the fianance forms. I also received a call from Ennis during the Holidays to make sure that I was enjoying my new car. I left the dealership with no regrets and an amazing car that I completely love! More

The guys at Dodge of Bellevue were great to work with - very professional and not pushy at all. Corey and his team allowed me the opportunity to find the right vechicle for me and my family and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or want. Once I found the right vehichle they provided a very aggressive price to make the deal work and in the end everyone walked away happy! I will do business with these guys again!!! More

I wasn't pushed into features I didn't want and he was very honest when I asked him about features I wasn't sure about. All in all, I ended up with an amazing Jeep and I'm an extremely satisfied customer. More
I was very dissatisfied with the service provided. The service shop analyzed two problems with the sliding door and the check engine light. The charges they proposed for fixing the issues were outrageous service shop analyzed two problems with the sliding door and the check engine light. The charges they proposed for fixing the issues were outrageous and the fee for the analysis was not reasonable but I only realized that in retrospect after researching the problems they found. The charge for assessing the issue with my sliding door was $200. I guess I was ok with that until I started googling the problem and found out that the issues they reported could have been determined in just minutes for someone who has the experience they should have. There were three problems: Symptom 1. The motor on the door stopped when it was at a certain point in closing. Reason: A little googling identified that this is a very common problem and is due to the wiring harness. Solution: The dealership proposed solution was to replace the wiring harness and the estimate was $450. Turns out after 10 minutes I was able to identify the short and fix it. What would have cost me $450 thru the dealership only took me 10 min to fix. Since they charged me $200 to evaluate the problems, then I'd expect for that money they would have taken the time to inspect the harness and see the obvious wire break I found. Symptom 2. Manually closing the door was very difficult. Reason: With some googling it was clear that this is caused when the motor clutch fails. I noticed that some replace parts boast a new design that resolves the issue so its an obvious Dodge design flaw. Solution: The part is $140 online. Dodge wanted $550 to replace. To be sure a lot of money but not as outrageous as the issue with the wiring harness. Syptom 3. Engine light on. Reason: looks like the EGR value needed to be replaced. Dodge proposes $550 for this. It’s a pretty simple replacement so this seems excessive for a $130 part. For three relatively simple repairs the dealership wanted to gouge $1600. The worst of it was the 10 min fix to the wiring harness which they wanted $500 for. More

I went to this dealer because they were highly rated, both on this web site and on Yelp. The main attraction for me was that they were said to be customer-oriented. At Bellevue I might have felt loved to death, maybe, but not pressured :-) Ali Tarifi was my main contact, and he was great, doing lots of homework to find me the car I wanted. I guess that's what I liked best about this dealer: they wanted to sell me the car that I wanted to buy, not some other car. Note: the Chrysler corporate web site has some real issues: if you go to the "build your vehicle" link, you'll likely find that the choices apparently available there aren't actually available to the dealer. The folks at Bellevue proved this to me by letting me look at their on-line ordering system. Chrysler corporate should fix this! It would have saved me and the folks at Bellevue a lot of time and frustration. But once again, the people at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Bellevue were very helpful in working through these issues. More
