This was my first visit to Auto Nation Bellevue for the first service on the Jeep I had purchased from them last year. I arrived late for my 7:15 AM appointment, but Josh was accommodating, helpful and fri first service on the Jeep I had purchased from them last year. I arrived late for my 7:15 AM appointment, but Josh was accommodating, helpful and friendly and took my vehicle in without complaint. I planned to wait an hour for them to finish the service, however the work was done in about 40 mins, and I was back at my desk ready for work, well in advance of my planned start time (including travel!). My details were readily available online (I have a maintenance plan) and did not delay closing out the service process. Josh, Kaylee were friendly and helpful, and made the experience pleasant all round! The coffee machines were not working in the waiting area, but that did not spoil the experience at all (these things happen). My car continues to run beautifully! Thank you all at Auto Nation for putting a smile on my face! More

When i pulled into Autonation's Express, for an oil change, on Friday about 1:30 hoping they could fit me in. The kindest service tech. Kaylee greeted me, walked out with me to check my car in. It was like receiving preventative care for our vehicle, her genuine attention to details, in advance, we were able to decide to replace or wait until next time.
