We really like the experience and friendly service. Ramon did great job showing the cars and providing no pressure service. Sales experience was 5 stars. However, the delivery of the car was below expectati did great job showing the cars and providing no pressure service. Sales experience was 5 stars. However, the delivery of the car was below expectation. We were buying a used car for our son and knew what to expect but the car did not have any gas in the tank, no washer fluid and the battery died 5 days after the purchase. Ramon told us the car was serviced and I am not sure how service would miss refilling washer fluid or fail to check battery. More

II had an 11:30 appointment for the quick lube service. They were backed up so they didn't take my car in to service until 12:15. The mechanic seemed a bit overwhelmed but was working hard.
