Totally unprofessional got vehicle in oct 2024,still haven't got my plates using expired ones called and emailed several times no response other than they mailed them. Dol in my area wants $77. To reissue i paid for them, over $500 and now can't drive my jeep. The service light on my jeep came. On exactly at the end of the 5 day return the dealership offered saying catalytic converter needed service .report to car fX said they had done the work before I bought it.its now Jan 3rd and still no plates . It took them over 5 hours to get paperwork done overpriced the "out the door price" by $800 for licensing, finally got proper price of $10,112..40. To cover the licensing but as of yet no help in receiving my plates . .its been since Oct 23rd 2024 that i purchased from them. ,Its Jan 3rd 2025 now. They also wanted a blank check left with them at first, that I refused to do after writing the first one for quote of $10,896.00. Calling again today to try to get my plates .I put full coverage of insurance on it but if I'm driving it with expired plates ,I think it would void the insurance, The whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth,I expect alot more after dropping $ 10k on a a jeep i can't drive . My experience with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Bellevue was nothing short of infuriating. They claim to be “customer-friendly” and pride themselves on being there for their customers, but my exper Bellevue was nothing short of infuriating. They claim to be “customer-friendly” and pride themselves on being there for their customers, but my experience was the complete opposite. The sales manager outright lied to me, which is unacceptable and shows a blatant lack of integrity. Their communication was painfully slow, and I constantly felt like I had to chase them down to get even basic answers. I specifically requested that my specialty plates be transferred from my previous vehicle to the one I was purchasing, a straightforward task that they assured me would be handled. Instead, they completely dropped the ball. When I called to follow up, they had the audacity to claim there was no record of my request. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. For a dealership that claims to prioritize the customer, their actions made it clear they couldn’t care less. Their lack of integrity, poor communication, and inability to follow through on simple promises make it impossible for me to recommend them. If you value honesty and reliability, avoid this place at all costs. More
