My experience with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Bellevue was nothing short of infuriating. They claim to be “customer-friendly” and pride themselves on being there for their customers, but my exper Bellevue was nothing short of infuriating. They claim to be “customer-friendly” and pride themselves on being there for their customers, but my experience was the complete opposite. The sales manager outright lied to me, which is unacceptable and shows a blatant lack of integrity. Their communication was painfully slow, and I constantly felt like I had to chase them down to get even basic answers. I specifically requested that my specialty plates be transferred from my previous vehicle to the one I was purchasing, a straightforward task that they assured me would be handled. Instead, they completely dropped the ball. When I called to follow up, they had the audacity to claim there was no record of my request. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. For a dealership that claims to prioritize the customer, their actions made it clear they couldn’t care less. Their lack of integrity, poor communication, and inability to follow through on simple promises make it impossible for me to recommend them. If you value honesty and reliability, avoid this place at all costs. More

My wife and I purchased a brand new Grand Wagoneer 3 weeks ago. Its been a nightmare. It has spent more time in the shop over a stupid relay than we have been able to drive it. We are constantly being lied to by the service manager and the finance manager. I have purchased many high-end luxury cars/SUV's, I only purchased this one because my wife liked them. I will never purchase another Jeep or work with Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Bellevue again or Auto Nation as a whole. They do not return calls and only look out for what works for them not what matters to the client. More
