I attempted to contact the GM at the phone number listed above. However, I was advised by a service department member ("Q") that:" He is very hard to get in touch with, let me see if I can." "I could not reach him." I then asked for his direct number or, if I could leave voicemail message or his email. Response: "No, I'll give you his extension (x-85334111) but you can't use it because it for internal employee use only." "You should contact the Service Director to handle your concerns." I stated that wanted to speak with the General Manager not, the service director. This person ("Q") was not able to connect me with, nor, provide me a means of doing so. Rhetorically speaking, what is the point of my being invited to contact and speak with the General Manager when his employee's won't provide a means to do so, and I was not giving his direct contact information??? The aftermath is increasingly becoming more frustrating than the service encounter. Raymond T. Carter '
