The service group has been very good. Tim has been awesome. The sales group were very helpful unti the sale was made. I could not get a return call. My vehicle had an issue the day after I picked it up and could not speak to anybody. Tim was exceptionally helpful once I contacted him. Have had the car in a couple times and the service group got me back on the road. The car is running great. My thanks and appreciation to Tim and Brian in the service dept. More
On 3/25/2023, I took my 2015 Chevy Camaro RS to this dealership for a four-wheel alignment (I reside in Titusville, FL. 40 miles one-way) The appointment was for 10:30 am. The alignment was perform by dealership for a four-wheel alignment (I reside in Titusville, FL. 40 miles one-way) The appointment was for 10:30 am. The alignment was perform by Frank..., at 11:02 am Frank returned the car and stated that he made the necessary adjustments and that the car was driving straight ( I have never seen an alignment completed so quickly). When I departed, the car was hooking to the left of which, It was not doing when I brought it there. I returned on 3/27/2023, spoke to the service director Brent Mills and service advisor William Fierro, explained my concerns and they both assured me that it would be corrected. The vehicle was driven to Frank's area and I was told the he was at lunch and he would check it out when he returned. When Franks returned, he drove the car up to me after he test drove it and asked what was the problem, I just drove it up the street and it is steering straight. I told him that the car was hooking to the left and was not tracking straight. He stated the car is within range (i.e, spec., etc). and seemed as if he was attempting to convince me that nothing was wrong. I explained to him that I did not drive all the way to Orlando, FL from Titusville, FL if the car did not have a problem. Subsequently, he took it back to the servicing area. A short time later, Bent Mills came to me asked me to go into the service area with him. When we got to my car, Frank is attempting to convince Bent Mills that nothing was wrong with the alignment by presenting him the the specs displayed on the alignment machine of which, did not in any way match or came close to the printout that was given to me on 3/25/2023. These numbers (Camber and toe) were at least 10 degrees lower. There is no way that could have happened from the time I departed the dealership and returned. Additionally, Bent Mills came up with the conclusion that it appears to be something wrong with the steering box while, Frank tried to blame it on a minor curb scratch on one of the rims. It was not until Brent Mills accompanied me during a ride-a-long, that he personally witnessed that the car did in fact severely hooked to the left. It was subsequently adjusted correctly. Brent Mills filled my tank (3/4) with gas after I inquired as to what consideration would be offered because of my inconvenience (Agree upon when I initially explained my concerns). Finally, This back and forth with this dealership's personnel could have been avoided if: 1. Frank would have aligned the correctly the first time and have not given me a "rush job." 2. If Frank would have simply corrected his error, and not insult my intelligence by attempting to have me believe that nothing was wrong with car. 3. If Bren Mills would have confirmed by taking the ride-a-long with me earlier of which, would have let him know that my concerns were valid from the start. Sincerely, Raymond T. Carter More

My oil light has been on for weeks without checking the oil percentage and my car due for maintenance, so I stop by the auto repair shop without an appointment and was greeted with happy to help face. I’ve called several times for separate issues and I never get a call back. The last time I went in for an oil change they didn’t put my skid plate back on correctly.
