I recently had my car towed to Courtesy Chevrolet and was fortunate to have been greeted by Mike upon my arrival at the Service Dept. Although, he was busy with others, he escorted me to a very comfortable waiting area, took over details with the towing driver and in a very expedient fashion, had me on my way to obtain a rental vehicle and back to work. He kept me apprised of what was going on with my vehicle and was always accessible by phone. In today's world of little or poor customer service, Mike was a breath of fresh air. While I do not expect or want to have any further service needs, I hope the next time I do, Mike Wheeler is still with Courtesy Chevrolet to handle same for me.
