Our service experience started out positive but ended with us being made to feel disrespected and unappreciated as customers! Although very friendly, Jimmy Wilson failed to provide transparent communicat with us being made to feel disrespected and unappreciated as customers! Although very friendly, Jimmy Wilson failed to provide transparent communication regarding pricing and repair processes. Not only are we feeling like the vehicle is not riding as smoothly as it originally was, but the final installed product was presented in such an unprofessional manner that we have been left to conclude that the product that was sold to us as new, was actually a previously used, new product! We've always felt that dealerships are the product experts that will provide the best quality repair and service experience! In the past, we have been willing to pay slightly higher prices because of our confidence in this feeling. Unfortunately, our service experience with this dealership has caused us to question this belief!! More
Excellent service! Service advisor Steve Beall was very knowledgeable and proactive. The repairs included the heads-up-display, new breaks, air conditioning (it was generating an estrange sound) plus oil/f knowledgeable and proactive. I took my car to the dealership because my check engine light came on. The first time they told me they couldn’t find anything and rest the light. Less than a week later the light came on again, so I took light came on. The first time they told me they couldn’t find anything and rest the light. I purchased a brand new 2021 chevrolet silverado on January 30, 2021. I noticed shortly after the blind spot warning light on the passenger mirror wasn't working. I made an appointment for service on 2 January 30, 2021. I noticed shortly after the blind spot warning light on the passenger mirror wasn't working. I made an appointment for service on 2/9/21 (10 days later). I arrived about 9:45am. I told them I would wait because I thought surely it wouldn't take long on a brand new vehicle. Although I had just spent $50,000 at their business I was not treated like it. They never offered a loaner car or a ride for me. They never gave me updates on what was going on with my vehicle. After about three hours waiting with no update I went to check and they told me the technician was at lunch and they don't have any updates. At that time I asked for a loaner car. I was told they can't give me one without a diagnosis. I asked even when it's a brand new vehicle I just purchased here? They said sorry there's nothing they could do. About a half hour later I asked again what was going on. No update and was told the same thing about a loaner car. At the 4 hour mark I was getting upset and told them I had now been there longer than I was 10 days prior when I purchased the vehicle. I asked who was in charge of loaner vehicles. They gave me the same BS about not having a diagnosis. I was getting increasingly pissed off when one of them said to go ahead and give me a loaner. After 4.5 hours of waiting I was able to go to work. Around 5pm I still had no updates so I called. No information was given as to what the the timeline wa to be done. Said they would call me in the morning. No call all morning. The sales person that sold me the vehicle contacted me and asked how everything was going. I told her horribly. Shortly after she said the vehicle was fixed and I could pick it up. About an hour later the service department called and said it was ready. I will never return to any auto nation again. If this is how they treat someone that purchased a defective vehicle from them 10 days earlier I can't imagine how they would treat any customer that didn't buy a brand new vehicle from them that needed service. If I had any recourse to return the vehicle and give my business to another dealership I definitely would! DON'T GO TO AUTO NATION! More
