This my second time at this dealership and my first experience was super great. This time not so much. Last time I made an appt. Last minute and was squeezed in. This time well in advance and I waited experience was super great. This time not so much. Last time I made an appt. Last minute and was squeezed in. This time well in advance and I waited on my car. It took almost triple the time I was told and my oil light won't stop coming on. I went in for an oil change like last time. In fact, I've never had this problem before and I've had multiples on this vehicle. I as going to save my review until the problem is handled and give a chance to fix the issue but you asked More

AutoNation Chevrolet scheduled me an appointment and then when I got there, told me it could take up 1 week for a diagnosis , mind you on a car they built. Needless to say, they kept my car for 2 weeks and q when I got there, told me it could take up 1 week for a diagnosis , mind you on a car they built.
