I had a very pleasant professional experience with AutoNation. From my initial phone call for service to the return of my vehicle, everything went smooth and efficient. Prior to calling them, I contacted (or tried) another Chev dealer and went straight to “hold”, listening to their recorded message of “how important my call was, someone will help you shortly.” After about 8 mins., someone picked up and my call dropped. I left a voice message next. The next day, no response so I called AutoNation. Needless to say, super job. The other dealer (Starling) still hasn’t returned my call. It was well worth the extra travel for the great service. More

The service representative Justin and service techs are incompetent and unreliable. I took my vehicle in four times in a two month period for the same problem. After paying around $700 to have the vehicle incompetent and unreliable. I took my vehicle in four times in a two month period for the same problem. After paying around $700 to have the vehicle fixed on the first three tries I was then told the fourth time bringing the vehicle back they wanted another 800+ dollars because they finally figured it out. I was told on the fourth time bringing it back it was given to a different tech because the first tech had no clue although I was charged for work on the vehicle. Apparently on the fourth visit the tech they reassigned it to figured out what was actually wrong with the vehicle. Oh I was pissed. I was told by the representative named Justin to just take my vehicle and go because I refused to pay another $800 for something that should’ve been fixed the first three tries. When I bought the vehicle the first time to be fixed I was charged 600+ dollars. Not even 10 minutes after leaving the dealership the same error lights came on and the brake lights stayed on. This was the original dealership that I bought the vehicle from years and years ago. Because it was their brand I assumed they would know how to properly fix my vehicle. I was never told we were doing trial and error praying for a good outcome for the vehicle to be fixed. Had they just told me they couldn’t figure it out then I could’ve taken the vehicle somewhere else. Throughout the process of bringing the vehicle back-and-forth we called to leave messages with both Justin and the director and received no call back, so I would just schedule appointment around my schedule to keep bringing the vehicle back. I was very patient and nice up to the fourth visit. No one seems to even care at this dealership. I was told once by one of the phone representatives that scheduled my appointment to access the to the director. When we called to speak with the director only received voicemails which my husband left a voicemail and never received a call back. While they are on the last visit I was told by an employee that I should go upfront and ask for the general manager. To be told by two of your employees that I need to follow up with someone higher let you know there is a problem. Both Employee’s new or her everything that was happening. More
5.5 months: how long they took to put an engine in my truck. 10 days: the amount of time I was provided a loaner/rental. 0: the amount if times management returned any of my voice-mails. When I was f truck. 10 days: the amount of time I was provided a loaner/rental. 0: the amount if times management returned any of my voice-mails. When I was finally able to pick it up, there was a used oil filter in the bed of my truck, mixing old oil with about 8" of standing water. I took photos. Then they said it would be an hour before they could get started cleaning it. I've never experienced anything like this before and hope to never have to again. More
