I'm very upset with this dealer. I have taken my vehicle from 9/2021 to 2/18/2022 - total of 4 times with the same issue. Steve Beall has been great at customer service but resolving I have taken my vehicle from 9/2021 to 2/18/2022 - total of 4 times with the same issue. Steve Beall has been great at customer service but resolving the issue is the true matter. The Service Manager got involved and I thought that would settle it however it didn't. I give their service center a fat 2, and will have to escalate this to management. DO NOT this service center!!!! More
We took our Equinox in to have the ECM replaced. We were told the Ecm was ok and that it was another computer problem. 2500 dollars later and it turned out the Ecm was the problem. Ecm was covered by the dealer but we had to pay for everything else that we didn’t need. Started driving home and the Ac controls weren’t working correctly. The controls were fine before we took into the dealer but the dealer was sure that it couldn’t have been them. It was basically my word against theirs and they said that I couldn’t prove that it was their fault. So now I have to pay for that too even though it was working fine before we brought the car to them. More
While visiting from IL our battery died at Leu Garden. Got a jump there and called Autonation. Spoke to Chris and he set up our appointment for 4:15 PM it was 4:00 PM when we called. Steve greater us as Justin was busy with another customer. Both were very friendly. Before 5:00 PM we were back in the car! A great dealership with outstanding employees! More
