We had no idea what was wrong with my daughter's car when the "check engine" light came on during her drive home from work. Steve took it from there and was very responsive and thorough in explaining the services needed including time and costs. Photos were included. We also had a follow-up visit to get a new fob. Once again, Steve helped expedite this purchase and programming so my daughter could get this done on her lunch hour. Thanks for the great service! More
After my truck broke down while traveling from out of state they were great to help me get back on the road. I'm sure this place provides excellent service usually but my first time here was not good. Took my car in for a very specific issue, loud crunching noise on left turn. After a few days to pick up my car, but my first time here was not good. Took my car in for a very specific issue, loud crunching noise on left turn. After a few days to pick up my car, I saw they fixed a pair of other issues I had on my car which was fine but they completely ignored the problem I had described w my car in the first place so I had to immediately drop it back off, very inconvenient. I came back again to find out the lead tech couldn't identify the very audible crunching noise in my car without me having me to come back to the dealership and going on a test drive w him, which made me believe that they didn't test drive the car until I came all the back there. So I had to leave my car there again. Came back for a 3rd time to pick it up finally fixed. You pay a premium at dealerships for the specialized expertise and service but this experience for me would have been no different than just taking my car to any other general auto repair place for about 3/4 of the price. Terrence, the customer rep I was in touch, w was great though. Very communicative More
