After being lied to about not being able to fix my truck at another dealership, I came here and I'm very happy I did. The only confusing part is you have to know that regardless of an appointment when you a at another dealership, I came here and I'm very happy I did. I'm use to someone greeting me when I arrive to a service area to see what I need done. Other than that everyone was EXTREMELY nice and sweet and they all worked very fast to get my vehicle working properly. Definitely my go to service place from now on. Also Mr. Tim is awesooooome! My most recent experience with this dealership was a joke. The person I spoke with was sweet, but at the end of a near6 hour wait I was told I needed $1200+ in parts for my doors. They claimed to have removed the panels from my backdoors without opening them which doesn't appear to be possible. I was able to fix the issue on my own without spending any money. More

Terrible Experience! I had a 7:00am appointment, in theory the first one of the day. Indeed, the first car in line. After several follow-ups, around 10:00am they told me I had a 7:00am appointment, in theory the first one of the day. Indeed, the first car in line. When I got to my office, I made a phone call to reach out to the manage via phone, but he/she was still unavailable. Simply, I left the shop due to my commitments that morning, without the car been fixed (warranty, a job that would not generate any income for them!) . I ended up making an appointment in a different dealership. More

Took over 2 hours for an oil change, was even early for a 10:00 appt and didn’t get out till almost 12:00. Then they didn’t do the car wash because it took to long for oil change.
