I have complained & brought my car in as it doesn’t always have any go to it. Now all of a sudden fuel injector is bad. And all I got was you need this done. I opted out of having any extra work that day as I could not speak to them face to face. More
Terrible Experience! I had a 7:00am appointment, in theory the first one of the day. Indeed, the first car in line. After several follow-ups, around 10:00am they told me I had a 7:00am appointment, in theory the first one of the day. Indeed, the first car in line. After several follow-ups, around 10:00am they told me that my car would the next. Certainly, unacceptable! I asked for the Manager, who was not available. When I got to my office, I made a phone call to reach out to the manage via phone, but he/she was still unavailable. Simply, I left the shop due to my commitments that morning, without the car been fixed (warranty, a job that would not generate any income for them!) . I ended up making an appointment in a different dealership. More
Took over 2 hours for an oil change, was even early for a 10:00 appt and didn’t get out till almost 12:00. Then they didn’t do the car wash because it took to long for oil change. We go there for special C 10:00 appt and didn’t get out till almost 12:00. Then they didn’t do the car wash because it took to long for oil change. We go there for special Chevy and I would do better at a regular oil change place. No sure we would come back. Very disappointed. More

Incompetent. , sneaky, underhanded. Booked scheduled maintenance with plan I prepaid for. When I got there they had my vehicle under someone elses name after Ihave , sneaky, underhanded. Booked scheduled maintenance with plan I prepaid for. When I got there they had my vehicle under someone elses name after Ihave already had it serviced here before. They said they couldn't service me. Then they saidthey got it straightned outand did the service. I said to do all items that I have with the maintenance package I have. Then a few days later after the service they left me a voicemail that they were sending me a bill because my services were not covered. More
