I tried to call the General Manager several times on Monday, August 8. I stayed on the line for 10 mins the first time and 5 minutes the last time, holding and waiting for someone to pick up the doggone phone. Autonation is simply not interested in customers after they purchase a car there. If the Autonation General Manager truly cares, he or she can look my number up and call ME. Your follow thru stinks. BUYERS BEWARE, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! If anything changes, I’ll update this rating.

I’ve now called 3 times on two different days. Each prompt takes you to service, sales, etc, and then says dial 0 for an operator. When you do dial 0, it rolls back to the same xxxxxx message. AUTONATION, you STINK as a business and I’m ready to come down with a HUGE SIGN and call a News Channel. Your ethics are horrendous. On to Facebook to extol your horribleness to my Orlando area friends.
