Our visit to Auto Nation Chevrolet on West Colonial in Orlando on July 4th (drop off by tow truck) was by far excellent. I arrived for my original appointment at 6:16 pm on Tuesday 7/26 and was told all technicians had left for the day. I made another appointment for the next day at 4:30 for my oil change. Although the service for the oil change itself was fine, I was pretty irritated about the original appointment cancellation the day before. You surveyed the wrong person. Took my car in for routine service and that went well, so that’s why you got 2 stars. I also mentioned a hesitation in acceleration and for that to be checked. Expecting a diagnosis that day, I got a call that I needed 2 air filters…I had them replace them. Then I was told it would be 5 days before my car would be looked at for the engine hesitation. Seriously? And no loaner cars? No thanks. Then…I get a call from a person representing Autonation asking if I wanted to sell my car. I was interested, except she wouldn’t give me a quote without knowing what I owed on the car. I explained I didn’t know. She said she’d call me back. Next thing I know, my husband gets a call from the same woman asking HIM for payoff info. That was way over the top in my opinion. I’m truly interested in selling my 2018 Camaro with only 20,000 miles on it, but after the sneakiness, I won’t do business with Autonation again. More

Poor communication from the service advisor. Had me waiting 3.5 hours to then find out that they are waiting on an approval from the fleet management company for a air filter. I later called the fleet company to ask them about the wait time. They told that it should not take more than 15 minutes to get an approval. And if they have wait linger than that again, I need to give them a call to let them know. Not sure why my truck needed a new air filter when it has less than 8000 miles driven. More
