Oil change and MULTI POINT INSPECTION, ya right. Oil got changed 3 hour wait. 1.) Tire was 3-4 pounds low according to dash and my personal gauge, when I let it was still 3-4 pounds low. 2.) 2 days Oil got changed 3 hour wait. 1.) Tire was 3-4 pounds low according to dash and my personal gauge, when I let it was still 3-4 pounds low. 2.) 2 days after leaving, my widow washer indicated low, I checked and fluid was empty. 3.) Asked about tire rotation and was told 'we don't rotate tires on a Corvette', ya right check the owners manual. 4.) Asked about transmission fluid annual/7500 mi change and was told that was only for 'certain' Corvettes. (For 2020/2021 certain Corvettes had a problem and GM wanted some parts send to the after the fluid change, I have a 2022 that REQUIRES a fluid change at 7500 miles or 1 year, I was TOTALLY ignored on the request). Your service reps need to get educated AND listen to the customer. Just remember I have bought MULTIPLE vehicles from your location and have been coming there for 15 years. I paid a $35,000 premium for this car, why can't I get good service. $145,000 total. Now I am wondering if you really changed my oil or just reset the LIFE indicator. I made a service appt online for an oil change and tire rotation, and received a confirmation and reminder email. I called the day before and asked them to add on a check of a tire that was low. He notified me that there was a small mail in my tire and shortly after he notified me again that my vehicle was done. I was in and out in about an hour. Service was completed as requested and Andrew was friendly and accommodating. More
