First time here and exceeded every expectation! Tahoe was towed in for a fuel pump issue. Was told it could be 5-7 days to be fixed l, which I was ok with. Most service depts are backed up right no Tahoe was towed in for a fuel pump issue. Was told it could be 5-7 days to be fixed l, which I was ok with. Most service depts are backed up right now with parts on back order. Next day they called me on my way home saying everything was done. Drove straight there on my way home since services closes at 7pm and figured would get it and park the Tahoe out front then head home drop off the other car and Uber back to pick up the Tahoe before the store closed at 9pm. Upon arrival met the service manager and explained to him what I was going to do and if it was ok if I parked the Tahoe out front for about an hour and I would come back for it later that evening. He said absolutely, no issues with doing that and asked how I would get back and I said I would just get an Uber. He told me he could text me a link to my phone for a complimentary Lyft to bring me back. Sure enough worked just as he said. I normally do not write reviews but I found this experience exceeded my expectations and I will def be back to service my Tahoe and other Chevy here in the future! More

This time the service was a lot better than the last time I took my car in they even provided me with a ride home which they didn't the last time any problems that might have arisen weren't really their faul I took my car in they even provided me with a ride home which they didn't the last time any problems that might have arisen weren't really their fault as in for parts if they don't have them there they have to order them and everybody's having problems with their supply lines and I'm still not understanding why they have cut back on employees I mean people still need their cars repaired so it's taking longer to repair your vehicles and it's also another reason why prices are going up other than that they improved a lot since the last time a brought it in. There’s always an issue whenever I go to this dealership. This time around the sales rep failed to give me the “upfront pricing,” that they swear by when my cost for an oil change almost doubled. When questioned the agent said ,”oh a lot of our prices went up this last month, look for a coupon next time.” There won’t be a next time, I hate coming to this dealership and having to deal with crappy communication from their employees & having to wait over 2 hours for a basic oil change.
