This time the service was a lot better than the last time I took my car in they even provided me with a ride home which they didn't the last time any problems that might have arisen weren't really their faul I took my car in they even provided me with a ride home which they didn't the last time any problems that might have arisen weren't really their fault as in for parts if they don't have them there they have to order them and everybody's having problems with their supply lines and I'm still not understanding why they have cut back on employees I mean people still need their cars repaired so it's taking longer to repair your vehicles and it's also another reason why prices are going up other than that they improved a lot since the last time a brought it in. More

There’s always an issue whenever I go to this dealership. This time around the sales rep failed to give me the “upfront pricing,” that they swear by when my cost for an oil change almost doubled. When questioned the agent said ,”oh a lot of our prices went up this last month, look for a coupon next time.” There won’t be a next time, I hate coming to this dealership and having to deal with crappy communication from their employees & having to wait over 2 hours for a basic oil change. Oil change and MULTI POINT INSPECTION, ya right. Oil got changed 3 hour wait. 1.) Tire was 3-4 pounds low according to dash and my personal gauge, when I let it was still 3-4 pounds low. 2.) 2 days Oil got changed 3 hour wait. 1.) Tire was 3-4 pounds low according to dash and my personal gauge, when I let it was still 3-4 pounds low. 2.) 2 days after leaving, my widow washer indicated low, I checked and fluid was empty. 3.) Asked about tire rotation and was told 'we don't rotate tires on a Corvette', ya right check the owners manual. 4.) Asked about transmission fluid annual/7500 mi change and was told that was only for 'certain' Corvettes. (For 2020/2021 certain Corvettes had a problem and GM wanted some parts send to the after the fluid change, I have a 2022 that REQUIRES a fluid change at 7500 miles or 1 year, I was TOTALLY ignored on the request). Your service reps need to get educated AND listen to the customer. Just remember I have bought MULTIPLE vehicles from your location and have been coming there for 15 years. I paid a $35,000 premium for this car, why can't I get good service. $145,000 total. Now I am wondering if you really changed my oil or just reset the LIFE indicator. Don Mealy wants my business...... More
