I like the automobile I bought from you a few years back, but the service has definitely had shortcomings. I was scheduled in for repair for which they did not have the parts on hand and we’re not expecting to have them in the short term. I ended up bringing my automobile to your facility leaving it for a couple of days and getting it back with nothing being done nor anything scheduled in the future. It has been a month now and I still had from heard from your people even though the manufacturer says this is a safety item. I am still waiting to hear. My service contact was Terrence. I try to give the benefit of the doubt for why human beings are incompetent at times, but when my appointment is on a Tuesday and my car had been there the following Friday and then lied to about the ap beings are incompetent at times, but when my appointment is on a Tuesday and my car had been there the following Friday and then lied to about the appointment, saying the car is in service, then the car was not serviced for about 7 days AFTER Tuesday. I even drove by and saw the car in the same exact spot as when I left it in the parking lot. The (service) text messages were a lie about my cars status, and then sent to the wrong person, telling me to pick up the car. I show up and luckily they tell me I can wait 30-40 mins while the (only technician) replaces the battery. And no one gives me a real good answer why it just died. Just that the the small battery and not the $18K battery (main one that runs the entire car) died and that's the reason the car just totally died. I don't know if it needed a software update or I should sell the car. Electric cars are NOT trust worthy and are more expensive than they are worth. I wished I could have just gotten the battery from Wal-Mart at a cheaper price, but you really don't know anything about these cars and they REALLY need to send MORE MECHANICS to school so me and other people are not waiting around two weeks to have one car (small battery) replaced. I sound like a total Karen right now, but I couldn't even talk to anyone about the service of my car, I was sent to different people over the phone (when Terrence was off) people hung up. I call back, and the person said, "Oh, yeah it's being serviced now". Which was a lie, when I drove past and saw my car just sitting in the same spot. I honestly would rather leave the county to hopefully get better service next time. I feel I can't trust anyone at the AutoNation Orlando region. I want to just lease a new car next time. Warranties are trash! Please SEND MORE MECHANICS TO TECH SHOOL!! You are about to make EVERY car Electric and NO ONE CAN FIX THEM? Get your priorities in check!! More
