The worst experience of my life If the "manager" is still Eugene and the "service manager" is still David Vega, DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR AT THIS DEALER. These are the biggest xxxxxxx lying crooks you'll ever meet in your life and they will make up any lie that they can to get rid of you if they can't fix the defective car they sold you, which is what happened to me. These xxxxxxxx are the furthest thing from real managers that take care of their clients, they are straight CROOKS that don't even deserve 1 star, they deserve to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and sued. They sold me a defective Camaro in May and after their own technician acknowledged the problem, they told every lie they could to say there was nothing wrong with my car, for months. They then kicked me out of the dealer. The way that they are able to get rid of customers and get away with this is by saying that the customer yelled and cursed, which was a complete lie.They lied and said I was yelling and cursing at them, when I never yelled or cursed, in fact the manager was the one that yelled and cursed at me. This guy David Vega is a no good lying lazy xxxxxxx and you can't believe a word this guy says, he is a crook straight up. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying anything anywhere, and a nightmare that played out for several months, a horrible nightmare that I don't wish on anyone. The only thing they care about is pressuring you into buying a car, getting their stupid review at any cost, and getting you out the door at any cost even if it means collaborating on a complete LIE to get rid of you if anything is wrong with the car you bought. As we were sitting down, Clerge rushed over to introduce himself and to Thank us for the opportunity to serve. I experienced an overwhelming sense of relief, in contrast to other car buying episodes. Every aspect was carefully explained in detail. As we approached the close of the transaction, someone from the Service Department took care of touching up several slight scratches. A well trained team of crooks I answered an online add for a used 2017 Chevy Express 2500 LT Van, I was contacted by Alexandria Martinez, and over a few week period she continued t I answered an online add for a used 2017 Chevy Express 2500 LT Van, I was contacted by Alexandria Martinez, and over a few week period she continued to send me emails as the price of the vehicle dropped in price. On Wednesday a called her and but found it was her day off. I spoke to Blake and I told him I was willing to buy the vehicle but only had three questions, one about the warranty, I asked about the condition of the tires and lastly I asked if they had all the original keys and door remotes to open the doors. I told him as long as the tires were good and he had the keys I inquired about I would most likely purchase the vehicle after I made a trip there to inspect and drive it. He told me he would check on the keys and send me pictures of the tires. I also told him I was coming 180 miles to see this vehicle and please do not waste my time if he did not have the keys of the tires were not in good condition. I then got a call back from the sales Manager Jose who assured me the vehicle was in great condition so I asked what I needed to bring with me tomorrow to purchase the Vehicle for cash no loans no trade ins. Here is what transpired the next day. Blake never followed through with either the tire pictures nor did he answer me about the keys. the next day I drove the 180 miles to see the vehicle and even drove it. I told Alexandria it all checked out and we had a deal at the asking price including the hidden dealer fee of just under $800.00 additional fees to purchase the vehicle all I needed was to see the other key and the door remotes and I would write a check for the purchase price. She then lied to me and told me this vehicle did not originally come with door lock remotes and that was an option that this vehicle did not come with from the factory. we then went to her office and Jose come in and told me the same lie, that this was an option this vehicle did not come with. I researched the vehicle prior to visiting the dealer and saw that keyless remotes door locks were standard equipment on this vehicle. I asked Jose to see Blake Who I had spoken to on the phone the day before and shortly after Blake appeared and backed up the lies of both Alexandria and Jose that this vehicle did not have keyless door remotes. At this point I told them all thank you for your time but I could not transact business with a Chevrolet dealership that promoted lying in order to sell vehicles. I left the dealership and started back on my 180 mile trip but decided to call the dealership and speak with the general manager Eugene Sturgeon about the lies and underhanded sales tactics used by his staff to trick people into buying cars from Autonation. Mr. Sturgeon refused to take my calls and has refused to return my call from the messages I have left for him. I warn anybody interested in buying a vehicle from Autonation West Colonial beware of the lies and underhanded tactics they are trained to use to push cars on to the general public. More
