I purchased a brand new 2021 chevrolet silverado on January 30, 2021. I noticed shortly after the blind spot warning light on the passenger mirror wasn't working. I made an appointment for service on 2 January 30, 2021. I noticed shortly after the blind spot warning light on the passenger mirror wasn't working. I made an appointment for service on 2/9/21 (10 days later). I arrived about 9:45am. I told them I would wait because I thought surely it wouldn't take long on a brand new vehicle. Although I had just spent $50,000 at their business I was not treated like it. They never offered a loaner car or a ride for me. They never gave me updates on what was going on with my vehicle. After about three hours waiting with no update I went to check and they told me the technician was at lunch and they don't have any updates. At that time I asked for a loaner car. I was told they can't give me one without a diagnosis. I asked even when it's a brand new vehicle I just purchased here? They said sorry there's nothing they could do. About a half hour later I asked again what was going on. No update and was told the same thing about a loaner car. At the 4 hour mark I was getting upset and told them I had now been there longer than I was 10 days prior when I purchased the vehicle. I asked who was in charge of loaner vehicles. They gave me the same BS about not having a diagnosis. I was getting increasingly pissed off when one of them said to go ahead and give me a loaner. After 4.5 hours of waiting I was able to go to work. Around 5pm I still had no updates so I called. No information was given as to what the the timeline wa to be done. Said they would call me in the morning. No call all morning. The sales person that sold me the vehicle contacted me and asked how everything was going. I told her horribly. Shortly after she said the vehicle was fixed and I could pick it up. About an hour later the service department called and said it was ready. I will never return to any auto nation again. If this is how they treat someone that purchased a defective vehicle from them 10 days earlier I can't imagine how they would treat any customer that didn't buy a brand new vehicle from them that needed service. If I had any recourse to return the vehicle and give my business to another dealership I definitely would! DON'T GO TO AUTO NATION! More

If I could give a lower rating I would this place will rip you off in the service Dept. Stay away! I live 150 mile from Orlando my truck started missing and engine light was on I pulled over and truck wo rip you off in the service Dept. Stay away! I live 150 mile from Orlando my truck started missing and engine light was on I pulled over and truck would not restart. Closes dealer to me was this place. I had it towed there late on a Thursday. Friday they could not get to it. Monday I started calling for a update as I was in a rent a car and need to find out how long. I called over 20 times with no call back from Rich Romero I finely had to call sales and then I got a call back. The issue they said was bad gas and need to remove tank and clean the fuel lines and injectors. Ok so $1,100 and it should be fixed I ask? yes sir. I asked if they checked everything else to make sure this was the issue! Ignition timing engine compression test everything is good so I said ok do it. They could not get to it till Wednesday or Thursday at best! I call Wednesday afternoon and no response after 10 more calls to this guy I have to go through the sales dept. to get him to call back. He side It running now but! now it’s you have a completely blocked catalytic converter and one injectors plugged up and we recommend replacing all 8 injectors and the catalytic converter so I said give me a price for just one injector and the catalytic converter $2,500 on top of the $1,100 so now we are at $3,600! At this point I need a second opinion. I ask around and found a shop so I told them I am picking it up he said ok I will have the Tech put the catalytic converter back on I went to get it and my Bill was $384.44? Not the $1,100 on the bill no mention of fuel system cleaning dropping gas tank none of that work was ever done and the truck would not run at all. So I am into this for a week and I have it sent to the other shop The owner calls me the same day and said you have one cylinder that has no compression! After going over it he found a broken exhaust spring and ordered one for it the next day he call and said you are good to go! Bill was $365.00 out the door but he said man they just slapped your exhaust back together and it’s leaking really bad! My truck is fulling with exhaust fumes now and I am on my way back to the dealer! This is to be continued! These are the biggest xxxxxxx lying crooks you'll ever meet in your life and they will make up any lie that they can to get rid of you if they can't fix the defective car they sold you, which is what happened to me. These xxxxxxxx are the furthest thing from real managers that take care of their clients, they are straight CROOKS that don't even deserve 1 star, they deserve to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and sued. They sold me a defective Camaro in May and after their own technician acknowledged the problem, they told every lie they could to say there was nothing wrong with my car, for months. They then kicked me out of the dealer. The way that they are able to get rid of customers and get away with this is by saying that the customer yelled and cursed, which was a complete lie.They lied and said I was yelling and cursing at them, when I never yelled or cursed, in fact the manager was the one that yelled and cursed at me. This guy David Vega is a no good lying lazy xxxxxxx and you can't believe a word this guy says, he is a crook straight up. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying anything anywhere, and a nightmare that played out for several months, a horrible nightmare that I don't wish on anyone. The only thing they care about is pressuring you into buying a car, getting their stupid review at any cost, and getting you out the door at any cost even if it means collaborating on a complete LIE to get rid of you if anything is wrong with the car you bought.
