5.5 months: how long they took to put an engine in my truck. 10 days: the amount of time I was provided a loaner/rental. 0: the amount if times management returned any of my voice-mails. When I was finally able to pick it up, there was a used oil filter in the bed of my truck, mixing old oil with about 8" of standing water. I took photos. Then they said it would be an hour before they could get started cleaning it. I've never experienced anything like this before and hope to never have to again. More

AutoNation Chevrolet West Colonial is a fine dealership to have your vehicle serviced. They do a good job to get your vehicle in, serviced and out in a reasonable amount of time.
